ADG Productions respects the privacy of visitors to our site. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully so that you understand our privacy practices.

The information gathered by ADG Productions falls into two categories: (1) information supplied by visitors to our website when they register or initiate transactions, and (2) session information created when a visitor connects to our site.

To make use of the on-line shopping feature on our website visitors need to register and to provide certain information as part of the registration process. (We ask, for example, for your name, email address, and billing and shipping address, and we request information on your interest in different types of music.) WE DO NOT PERMANENTLY STORE CREDIT CARD NUMBERS in our database. You will be asked for your credit card number each time you order products from us.

From time to time, we may offer promotions on our sites. If you wish to be informed about these promotions, you'll have to voluntarily indicate so on the registration form. You will be afforded the opportunity to unsubscribe to these promotions via a link in the promotional email or you can visit our site and update your registration information to indicate you no longer wish promotional emails to be distributed to you.

To enable our site to keep track of products you are ordering on-line, we invoke a standard feature of browser software, called a "session ID", to assign each visitor a unique, random number, a sort of user ID, if you will, that resides in your computer memory. This is a type of cookie that is only stored in memory and not on your hard drive. This session ID is only valid for as long as you browse our web site and is used to keep track of the products you have chosen to purchase via a "shopping cart". The session ID contains no personal information. A session ID can't read unrelated data off your hard drive. You can set your browser not to accept cookies stored on your hard drive and you will still be able to shop on-line on our site, but if you disable cookies stored in memory, you will not be able to make an on-line purchase and, in that case, we would encourage you to order by calling our toll free number listed at the bottom of every page on our site.

Our web server automatically collects limited information about your computer's connection to the Internet, including your IP address, when you visit our site. (Your IP address is a number that lets computers attached to the Internet know where to send you data -- such as the web pages you view.) Your IP address does not identify you personally to us. We use this information to deliver our web pages to you upon request and to measure traffic within our site.

All information gathered on our website is encrypted for storage within our database. However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. This is one reason WE DO NOT PERMANENTLY STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION in our database.
